The Gilas Youth team continues its impressive run in the 2025 SEABA U16 Championship after a dominant win over Malaysia. With this victory, the Philippines remains undefeated with a 3-0 record and officially books a spot in the finals of the tournament.

Strong Start, Stronger Finish

Right from the opening tip, Gilas Youth took control of the game. Led by Travis Pascual and Jeremiah Antolin, the team established an early lead and never looked back. With crisp ball movement, aggressive defense, and solid execution, the young Filipino basketball players quickly pulled away and left Malaysia struggling to keep up.

The game ended in a blowout, reaffirming the Philippines' dominance in Southeast Asian youth basketball. This marks the team’s third straight win, maintaining a perfect record heading into the final round.
